This is the public product page for Hermod Field, a product of HERMOD SYSTEMS LTD.: what the product does, one product demo, and a form for writing to us to arrange a walkthrough.
Watching the demo, switching language or filling the form here creates no account and no session. Getting an account and using the product goes through the product's own consent gate — eight sections, each on screen, the eighth of which is the product's terms of use, accepted by the same single tick and carrying the same version as the privacy consent.

What the demo shows is what the product can do at that point in time: every line of copy maps to a product capability.
The public product name is Hermod Field; the company is HERMOD SYSTEMS LTD.; internal code names never appear on screen; superseded draft names are never used.
This page carries no price, no discount and no payment terms. Anything to do with price, contracts, or how legal responsibility is allocated is not on this page and not in the product's consent document either; those belong to the contract layer, handled by each side's own legal advisers.
This system never sends an email, a text message or a form submission on your behalf, and never produces a "sent" status. The contact form on this page only opens a pre-filled message in your own mail program; the sender is you.
Inside the product the same rule holds: outbound material stops at draft and approval, and once approved it is exported as a file for a person to send by hand.
Every list uploaded through the product passes an import declaration; the operator records the declaration and does not verify it. An organization using the product, and its members, are responsible for the personal information collected, used and disclosed through this system, within what BC PIPA permits.
The operator keeps reasonable security arrangements and destruction duties for data in its custody.

Version v1 · in effect 2026-09-03. A change to these terms changes the version number and the effective date.
Inside the product, changing one character of the eighth section changes the version in the same move: existing users agree again at their next sign-in, and withdrawing consent also withdraws acceptance of the terms, deactivating the account and recording the fact.
